Days 1-3: Preparation, Environment Review, and Mind Management Learn fasting and natural eating basics, reduce chemical exposure, and address mental blocks to a healthy lifestyle. (Up to 3h group session, weekly tasks, chat support)

Day 4: Integration and Group Support Deepen knowledge and implement practices with partner support. (Pair work or relaxation time)

Day 5: Consciousness, Energy, Emotion, and Body Management Learn breathing and body practices to maintain energy and emotional balance during fasting. (~2h group session)

Day 6: Self-Diagnosis Master self-diagnosis methods to better understand body changes. (Materials, chat, optional session)

Day 7: Advanced Fasting Explanation Understand fasting in-depth, preparing physically and mentally. (Optional session, materials, chat support)
